Adjunct Professor at Università LUISS Guido Carli and LUISS Business School in Rome, lectures courses (in Italian and English) on “Legal system in the digital age” and “Comparative corporate governance”. Specialist in administrative law, particularly in public contracts, corporate law, national and international contract law, commercial law, IT law and arbitration.
