Brazilian, member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section, practices in the areas of Corporate Law, Private International Law, Migration Law and Business Contracts. Graduated from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, he has a specialization degree in Corporate Law from Escola Paulista de Direito with an extension in “Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructurings” from Harvard University and also in “Regulatory Compliance” from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP).
