Our partners Alfredo David Capra e Eduardo Lorenzetti Marques took part in a meeting of the UIA Foreign Investment Commission in Buenos Aires on 15 March 2019. The meeting happened in the law firm Santurio, Andrada e Noël and was hosted by its name partner Hernán Andrada. The meeting counted with a consisted number of Argentinean lawyers but also other Latin American lawyers contributed. In the first part of the reunion, a presentation was made about Argentina, including new opportunities for foreign investments, recent legislative changes in this area and economic and political perspectives. After that, an informal discussion roundtable was opened with all the participants about news related to foreign investments in the different present-countries.
