Brazilian, member of the Brazilian Bar Association,, São Paulo Section, its main area of action is corporate and contract law, with focus on merges and acquisitions transactions, corporate reorganizations, corporate disputes resolution and consultancy on corporate law. Graduated in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2007) and specialist in corporate law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2009). Member of the Deliberative Board of CIETEC – Centro de Inovação, Empreendedorismo e Tecnologia (USP/IPEN).
